Here we are at the beginning. This morning for breakfast I had what the ordinary cave woman would have had for breakfast(8:00 am)...leftovers from supper last night - Salmon (about 5oz.) a cup of Broccoli and a cup of frozen Blueberries. All of these are Super Foods by the way.
I wasn't hungry for lunch.....but felt very hungry as I started to prepare dinner, so i ate a carrot while the chicken was cooking. for dinner (3:30)I had a large spinach (another super food) salad about 3 cups of spinach, 1 cucumber and some green onion....then i very sparingly put some salad dressing on(vinegar is one of the items to stay away from, that will be difficult for me.) the protein i decided on was a recipe in the Paleo book, although I had to switch it up a bit as I didn't have all the ingredients. the chicken breast was stuffed with onions, walnuts, dates and garlic, then cooked in an orange & wine sauce. it was yummy:o) and I have 2 pieces left one will be for lunch tomorrow.
