Isn't it funny... you can tell yourself a million times that it's not about the weight... but as soon as you hop on the scale and you have gained two pounds, you get super bummed. I have been sticking to it I should be dropping every day just like last week, but I am still not itchy.
Breakfast - 3 -4 oz. of Salmon and 2 cups of Asparagus.
Lunch - lg spinach salad with Salmon on it.
Supper - Large salad and 2 chicken thigh

I did a google search for "polymyositis" and "paleo" and your blog seems to be the only one that's relevant. I realize that it's only been 11 days but I wanted to ask how going paleo has affected your symptoms. Particularly, your polymyositis? I'd love to have a conversation about you with this (perhaps over email?). A friend of mine has polymyositis and being a paleo guru myself, I want to try to get her to try it out.
