Good morning still under the stress gun, with the audit....so the mood w1s not great. But still feeling physically better at a 3-4 pain level.
Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 1/2 cups of broccoli.
Lunch - Canned Tuna (not really what I should have but...) 7 dried plum bites 1 cup frozen Bluberries.
Dinner - 4-5 oz. Salmon and 1 1/2 cups Swiss chard
