Day 6

It's Friday and I'm glad...pretty tired but the pain isn't bad still about a 3 - 4. Mood is good but feeling tired.

Breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 cups of asparagus. coffee

Lunch cheater - Atkins bar/ diet coke

Supper - Salmon 6oz and 2 cups mashed cauliflower.

Bedtime 5 plum bites
