Audit Time at work!!!! Stressful!!!!!! Yikes!!!!! that's my emotional level. Pain...I am in less pain today...probably about a 3/4 which is good and even with the stress of the audit....i did pretty good today.
Breakfast - 1/2 chicken breast and about 1 1/2 cups of cooked spinach. Coffee
Lunch - the other half of the chicken breast (chicken is gone) and 2 cups of raw spinach and 3 small bites prunes. water & 1 diet coke
Supper - Pork roast (4-5oz.) and 1 1/2 cups canned green beans.
Bedtime - 3 small bites Prunes
So far so good...haven't really had any uncontrollable cravings...even today with all the stress...i was looking for something though when I saw the diet coke. i feel good that I am being proactive.
