It's Sunday....slept too long this morning got up at 7:30. Feeling kinda groggy and having Sciatica problems today. Ice is my friend.
Breakfast - Baked Salmon (my staple) and a large green veggie salad w/a small amount of dressing. Coffee, glorious coffee:)
Midday snack - 1 serving Sunsweet small bites prunes.
Supper - big bowl of Vegetable beef soup...used stewing beef, lg. red onion, garlic, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, Broccolini, carrots and celery.
