Tuesday.... not sure what to say my tummy didn't feel well this morning...did sleep great last night.I would love to stay home every day if I could afford it. Otherwise my pain level is a 3 - 4 and glad I slept well.
Breakfast - Salmon and 2 cups of Coffee.
Lunch - Protein bar and large salad, small amount of dressing.
Snack - 1 cup of raw carrots
Supper - 2 chicken thigh, large salad 2 glasses of wine
Snack - 7 small bites prunes.
