Good Morning, Paleo followers. Had trouble sleeping last night...feet hurt so much the first half of the night. Mood is great today. of course it is Saturday. Pain wise...same as it has been all week a 3 - 4.
Breakfast - 2 eggs (but I am thinking of cutting out those too) 2 pieces of sausage ( I know too much salt)
Mid day snack - about 1 1/2 cups of frozen Blueberries and 1 serving of Sunsweet small bites prunes.
Supper - 2 cups of cabbage salad ( chopped cabbage and an onion, miracle whip and a tablespoon of horseradish) and warmed up ( 5 - 6 oz.) Salmon from last night.
