Day 11

Isn't it funny... you can tell yourself a million times that it's not about the weight... but as soon as you hop on the scale and you have gained two pounds, you get super bummed. I have been sticking to it I should be dropping every day just like last week, but I am still not itchy.

Breakfast - 3 -4 oz. of Salmon and 2 cups of Asparagus.

Lunch - lg spinach salad with Salmon on it.

Supper - Large salad and 2 chicken thigh

Day 10

Tuesday.... not sure what to say my tummy didn't feel well this morning...did sleep great last night.I would love to stay home every day if I could afford it. Otherwise my pain level is a 3 - 4 and glad I slept well.

Breakfast - Salmon and 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch - Protein bar and large salad, small amount of dressing.

Snack - 1 cup of raw carrots

Supper - 2 chicken thigh, large salad 2 glasses of wine

Snack - 7 small bites prunes.

Day 9

Monday, Monday....I never did like Mondays. how do I feel...well not only have I been feeling less itchy...but the last 2 nights i have slept better...by that i mean I have been waking up less...interesting, maybe because i am not as itchy...i don't know but i like it.

Breakfast - 7 small bites prunes, 3 - 4 oz of Salmon and 2 cups of asparagus

Lunch - cups beef vegetable soup, diet coke and 32oz of water.

Supper - 2 chicken thigh , large salad.

Day 8

It's Sunday....slept too long this morning got up at 7:30. Feeling kinda groggy and having Sciatica problems today. Ice is my friend.

Breakfast - Baked Salmon (my staple) and a large green veggie salad w/a small amount of dressing. Coffee, glorious coffee:)

Midday snack - 1 serving Sunsweet small bites prunes.

Supper - big bowl of Vegetable beef soup...used stewing beef, lg. red onion, garlic, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, Broccolini, carrots and celery.




Report Day

Weight - 246 Wow, I have lost 7 lb. I can't believe it. It wasn't that difficult to stay on this diet...most difficult not using much (not suppose to use any) vinegar or salt. Vinegar is something I have always used plenty of especially when i am dieting. So far the lack of milk/cheese has not been an issue and whenever I have done the low carb thing I have gone without grains. That never seems to bother me...except for Hamburgers or fresh baked goods.

Pain - Feet were really bad on Friday but not too bad all weekend. I am having trouble with my Sciatica today, my right leg and knee have been hurting since I got up this morning. I have been putting ice on my lower back.

Interesting development - About two days ago I stopped feeling itchy. I have no other explanation for it, other than the diet change, so we will see where it goes.

mood - Good/ happy...very happy really that I have managed to lose 7 pounds and have been eating until full.

Day 7

Good Morning, Paleo followers. Had trouble sleeping last night...feet hurt so much the first half of the night. Mood is great today. of course it is Saturday. Pain wise...same as it has been all week a 3 - 4.

Breakfast - 2 eggs (but I am thinking of cutting out those too) 2 pieces of sausage ( I know too much salt)

Mid day snack - about 1 1/2 cups of frozen Blueberries and 1 serving of Sunsweet small bites prunes.

Supper - 2 cups of cabbage salad ( chopped cabbage and an onion, miracle whip and a tablespoon of horseradish) and warmed up ( 5 - 6 oz.) Salmon from last night.

Day 6

It's Friday and I'm glad...pretty tired but the pain isn't bad still about a 3 - 4. Mood is good but feeling tired.

Breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 cups of asparagus. coffee

Lunch cheater - Atkins bar/ diet coke

Supper - Salmon 6oz and 2 cups mashed cauliflower.

Bedtime 5 plum bites
